The account passcode is utilized to associate your account with an entity you wish to submit files for.
You should have received an account passcode from the State Controller's Office, or from an entity which you are submitting for. If you have not received an account passcode, please use the contact us form and reach out to support for the program you are attempting to submit for.
The account passcode is different from the password for your account, and is utilized to associate your account with an entity you wish to submit files for.
If you have not yet registered for DEP, you may begin the process by clicking on "Sign in Or Register" button on the home page, and then clicking the "Sign up now" link. Follow the registration process where you will be prompted to enter your account passcode. This is different from the field on the log in page where you enter in your password.
